Citizen Circle presentations
Forty local groups, organizations and associations took the opportunity contribute to the Design Regina process by forming a Citizen Circle and completing a workbook. The City of Regina used the opportunities and constraints outlined in the Citizen Circle submissions to shape materials for the Public Forum on October 26 and 27.
